Tim Divens

Tim joined the VCS family in 2023 as Chief Financial and Operations Officer, bringing a diverse background in business leadership, community development, and Christian ministry. Originally from Ohio, Tim and his wife, Erin, moved to Oshkosh with their four children.

Tim holds bachelor's degrees in International Business and Economics, a Master of Divinity in Practical Christian Ministry, and a master's degree in Public Administration and Human Resources Management. Throughout his career, he has helped launch small businesses and nonprofit organizations, led community revitalization and economic development initiatives, served as an elected official, and directed training and human resources for a Fortune 500 company.

Beyond his professional experience, Tim and Erin have spent many years serving in college discipleship ministry and church planting. Tim has also served as a Discipleship and Family Pastor. His passion is to combine his love for Jesus with his experience in business, leadership, and organizational development to make a lasting impact on the lives of others and further the mission of VCS.
