Amy Karoses

Amy joined VCS in 2024, bringing 18 years of teaching experience and a passion for literature, writing, and helping students grow in their faith. She loves the opportunity to incorporate a Christian worldview into her teaching and strives to create a classroom where students feel welcomed, valued, and safe, while being challenged to think, learn, and have fun.

Above all, Amy hopes her students will come to recognize that they are uniquely created and deeply loved by God, discovering their identity in Him and the incredible potential He has given them. Outside the classroom, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, especially playing games together, traveling, reading, and listening to praise and worship music. She is also passionate about discipling women and young people.
