Alyson Clayton

Principal

725-7985 ext. 101

Alyson holds an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, a B.S. in Elementary Education with a Learning Disabilities minor from Maranatha Baptist University, and a Wisconsin teaching license for grades 1-8. Serving at VCS since 2016, Alyson spent several years as a fifth grade teacher, then as the director of the assisted learning department before accepting the position as principal of the new Neenah campus.

Alyson’s passion is for students to know that “they are smart, all gifted in a variety of ways; they have been designed with a purpose, specifically to be who they are.” This was her passion as a teacher, assisted learning coordinator, and as principal. This philosophy goes hand in hand with the mission of our school, that “all VCS students will discover their God-given design, be equipped to reach their full potential and boldly impact their world for Christ!”

Alyson lives in Oshkosh with her husband, Dan and their puppy, Phoebe. During her free time Alyson loves spending time with their large families and many nieces and nephews. She and Dan love to attend sporting events, especially when she can cheer on her Michigan Wolverines over Dan’s Badgers.
